Designed for young athletes ages 10-13, my engaging two-hour sessions aim to keep players in peak baseball shape while deepening their passion for the game.
Session Breakdown:
30 Minutes – Baseball Workouts: Focused exercises to build strength, agility, and endurance tailored for baseball players.
30 Minutes – Skills Training: Hands-on practice in throwing, fielding, or hitting to stay in baseball shape
15 Minutes – Baseball Spotlight: An inspiring lesson highlighting a legendary player or iconic moment in baseball history
45 Minutes – Indoor Tennis Baseball Game: A fun, fast-paced game that reinforces skills in a lively, team-oriented environment.
My primary goal is to ensure that every participant maintains their physical condition during the off-season and cultivates a genuine love for baseball. By making training enjoyable and rewarding, we aim to instill a work ethic where hard work and maximum effort become second nature.
