Looking to help your child become a better all-around athlete? Our Total Athlete Training Session is designed for young athletes who want to improve their balance, agility, footwork, hand-eye coordination, and quickness—key skills that translate to all sports!
This session goes beyond baseball, focusing on athletic movement and body control through fun, high-energy drills. Whether your child plays baseball, soccer, basketball, flag football, volleyball or just wants to move better and build confidence, this training will help them develop the foundation needed to excel in any sport!

Designed for young athletes ages 10-13 (or older), my engaging two-hour sessions aim to keep players in peak baseball shape while deepening their passion for the game.
Session Breakdown:
30 Minutes – Baseball Workouts: Focused exercises to build strength, agility, and endurance tailored for baseball players.
30 Minutes – Skills Training: Hands-on practice in throwing, fielding, or hitting
15 Minutes – Baseball Spotlight: An inspiring lesson highlighting a legendary player or iconic moment in baseball history
45 Minutes – Indoor Simulated Baseball Game: A fun, fast-paced game that reinforces skills in a lively, team-oriented environment.
My primary goal is to ensure that every participant maintains their physical condition during the off-season and cultivates a genuine love for baseball. By making training difficult yet enjoyable, we aim to instill a work ethic where hard work and maximum effort become second nature.
